Believe Chinese Symbols story... I found the notebook on a park bench. It was old and battered, but the Chinese symbol on the cover was still clear. I opened it up and started to read. The first few pages were filled with stories and adventures, but as I turned to the back of the book, the writing became more and more frantic. It seemed like whoever had been writing it was in a hurry to get their story down.
I quickly scanned through the pages, looking for a ending or resolution, but there was nothing. Just unfinished sentences and scattered thoughts. I closed the book and sat for a while, thinking about what could have happened to the author. Maybe they'd died? Or maybe they just left town without finishing their story?
